Karla joined Eugene Bruno & Associates in 2023. Before that, she worked as an insurance claims adjuster for 6+ years. Karla is extremely knowledgeable about the insurance claim process and she enjoys guiding and empowering clients to make informed decisions every step of the way. Karla is skilled at managing cases, liaising with legal and medical professionals, and ensuring clients receive timely updates and support.

Dedicated to making the legal process as smooth and efficient as possible, Karla is committed to addressing client needs, answering questions, and keeping clients informed about their case progress. Her devotion and attentive approach contribute significantly to the firm’s mission of delivering high-quality legal services.

Karla was born in Mexico City and raised in San Diego. She is fluent in Spanish. Outside of work, Karla enjoys CrossFit and lifting heavy. She is a mother of two boys who are always keeping her busy and entertained.
