Josef is the firm’s Settlement Coordinator, playing a critical role in guiding clients through the resolution of their personal injury cases. He works closely with clients, attorneys, and insurance companies to ensure that settlements are handled efficiently, accurately, and in the best interest of each client.

With a keen eye for detail, Josef reviews settlement documents, coordinates communication between all parties, and guides clients through the details of their settlement so they feel confident about each step involved in finalizing their claims. His organizational skills and thorough approach help streamline the process and prevent delays, making the settlement experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Known for her professionalism and dedication, Josef is committed to providing compassionate support and clear guidance, helping clients navigate the final stages of their cases with confidence and peace of mind.

Josef was born in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and raised in San Diego. Currently, Josef is pursuing a Paralegal Certificate at Miramar College and he hopes to attend law school in the future. He is fluent in Spanish.

During his free time, Josef enjoys working on cars, cherishing moments with his fiancé, and the intricate art of watchmaking.
