Originally from the Bay Area, Jose brings a strong passion for advocacy and client service to his role on the firm’s litigation team. He earned his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University before going on to obtain his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law.

Jose joined the firm as a law clerk, where he worked closely with the litigation team assisting with legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and supporting case analysis. During this time, he gained valuable hands-on experience with case development, discovery, and litigation strategy in personal injury matters.

After sitting for the California Bar Exam, Jose began practicing in plaintiff-based personal injury, guardianship, and bankruptcy matters. Upon passing the California Bar, he returned to the firm as a licensed attorney and a valued member of our litigation team. His work focuses on advocating for individuals and families during challenging times and guiding clients through complex legal processes with clarity and care.

Outside of the office, Jose loves playing basketball, being in nature, attending card shows, and making memories with his nieces and nephews. He plays guitar, drums, and piano and loves going to live shows from Band of Gringos to Coldplay and everything in between.
