As a Closing Specialist, Anthony is responsible for managing the post-settlement phase of each case with careful attention to detail. In this role, he oversees the process of collecting, organizing, and finalizing all settlement-related documentation to ensure that every required record is obtained accurately and in a timely manner. His work helps facilitate a smooth transition from settlement approval to final disbursement, allowing clients to receive their funds as efficiently as possible.
Anthony communicates and negotiates with healthcare providers, insurance representatives, and medical billing departments to address and resolve outstanding liens. He works to reduce or settle liens whenever possible to help maximize each client’s financial recovery. His ability to navigate complex billing issues and advocate on behalf of clients helps support a smooth and successful settlement process.
Anthony was born in Mexico and raised in San Diego. He is fluent in Spanish. Prior to joining the firm, Anthony was a military officer in the U.S. Air Force. He received his Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Miramar College. During his free time, he enjoys hiking and working on his motorcycle. Anthony is a Kawasaki fanatic.
