Sierra is a dedicated Case Manager with more than nine years of experience in the insurance industry, including four years working as a bodily injury adjuster. Her extensive background provides her with valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate claims, allowing her to effectively support clients and help strengthen their cases from the very beginning.

In her role, Sierra works closely with clients throughout the pre-litigation process, assisting with case development, coordinating medical records and bills, and maintaining communication with insurance carriers. Her prior experience handling bodily injury claims gives her a unique understanding of the claims process and the strategies insurers use when evaluating settlements. She uses this knowledge to help anticipate challenges, ensure thorough documentation, and support the legal team in pursuing the best possible outcomes for clients.

Sierra was born in Philadelphia but was raised in Newark, Delaware. Outside of work, Sierra enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her teenage son as he plays high school football.
