As a Lien Assistant, Elexus supports the firm’s efforts to resolve medical liens and outstanding balances related to client settlements. In this role, she works closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and billing departments to obtain lien information, verify balances, and assist with the lien resolution process. Her attention to detail helps ensure that all lien documentation is accurate and properly tracked throughout the life of each case.

She plays an important role in helping the team reduce and resolve liens so clients can maximize their final recovery. By staying organized and maintaining consistent communication with providers, she helps move the settlement process forward efficiently.

Born in Fresno and raised between San Diego and Tijuana, she is fluent in both English and Spanish. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Assistant Property Manager for three years, where she gained valuable experience in organization, communication, and client service. In her free time, Elexus enjoys reading, spending time with her family, traveling, and photography.
